Refund policy

We offer a partial refund within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Returned products will be subject to a 20% handling charge if deems not to be the fault of T&G Automotive. Any returns must be notified to T&G Automotive by telephone or email prior to the return of the goods.

Any warranty claims must be accompanied by a completed SR16-06 Warranty claim application form. Blank forms are available upon request direct from T&G Automotive LTD or alternative can be downloaded directly below:

Please note that the warranty claim procedure will not begin until the SR16-06 form has been completed in full and returned to T&G Automotive LTD. Failure to do so may result in the return application being rejected. Items must then be collected at your cost.
